ABCA1抗体

Whole cell extract (30 μg) was separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with ABCA1 antibody (GTX132946) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

ABCA1 antibody detects ABCA1 protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HepG2 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: ABCA1 stained by ABCA1 antibody (GTX132946) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).
