ACE抗体

Mouse tissue extract (50 μg) was separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with ACE antibody (GTX130534) diluted at 1:2000.

Rat tissue extract (50 μg) was separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with ACE antibody (GTX130534) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Human kidney (10 μg) was separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with ACE antibody (GTX130534) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.

ACE antibody detects ACE protein at cell membrane and cytoplasm by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded mouse colon.
ACE stained by ACE antibody (GTX130534) diluted at 1:1000.
Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min
