ALDH1B1抗体

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with ALDH1B1 antibody (GTX107279) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

ALDH1B1 antibody detects ALDH1B1 protein at cytoplasm in mouse duodenum by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded mouse duodenum.
ALDH1B1 antibody (GTX107279) diluted at 1:500.

Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min

ALDH1B1 antibody detects ALDH1B1 protein at mitochondria by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min.
Green: ALDH1B1 protein stained by ALDH1B1 antibody (GTX107279) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
