Adenovirus hexon抗体 [HL4593]

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Adenovirus hexon antibody [HL4593] (GTX644269) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Adenovirus hexon antibody [HL4593] detects Adenovirus hexon protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Mock and transfected 293T cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: Adenovirus hexon stained by Adenovirus hexon antibody [HL4593] (GTX644269) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).
