B4GALT1抗体

B4GALT1 antibody detects B4GALT1 protein at Golgi apparatus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min.
Green: B4GALT1 stained by B4GALT1 antibody (GTX131598) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

Whole cell extract (30 μg) was separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with B4GALT1 antibody (GTX131598) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
