C5a R1抗体 [HL4588]

C5aR1 antibody [HL4588] (GTX644264) detects C5aR1 protein by flow cytometry analysis.
Sample: NCI-H460 were blocked with an FcR blocking reagent for 10 minutes and fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at 4ºC for 15 min and washed with 0.1% saponin buffer to permeabilize the cell membrane.
The cells were following stained with C5aR1 antibody [HL4588] (GTX644264) diluted at 1:50 or a Rabbit IgG isotype control (GTX35035) control at 4ºC for 1 hour.
