CD62P抗体

CD62P antibody detects CD62P protein at cytoplasm by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded mouse lymph node.
CD62P stained by CD62P antibody (GTX133729) diluted at 1:500.
Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min

Whole cell extract (30 μg) was separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membranes were blotted with CD62P antibody (GTX133729) diluted at 1:500 and competitor's antibody (sc-6941) diluted at 1:50. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Human plasma (30 μg) was separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CD62P antibody (GTX133729) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
