CTGF抗体 [GT28711]

CTGF antibody [GT28711] detects CTGF protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HepG2 cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min.
Green: CTGF stained by CTGF antibody [GT28711] (GTX635865) diluted at 1:500.

HepG2 whole cell extract and conditioned medium (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CTGF antibody [GT28711] (GTX635865) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
