Sample: Mock and transfected 293T cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: CXCL16 stained by CXCL16 antibody [GT5212] (GTX632390) diluted at 1:2000.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

CXCL16 antibody [GT5212] detects CXCL16 protein by western blot analysis. Non-transfected (-) and CXCL16-transfected (+, ) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CXCL16 antibody [GT5212] (GTX632390) at a dilution of 1:1000.
