Caspase 3抗体

ICC/IF analysis of NT2 neurons using GTX00752 Caspase 3 antibody. Triply stained for the N-terminus of APP (with P2-1) or beta-gal (with anti- beta gal antibody), chromosomal DNA (Hoechst), and activated caspase 3 subunits (with GTX00752). Some neurons accumulating APP are strongly immunostained with GTX00752 (arrows), whereas neurons accumulating beta-gal are hardly labeled (arrowheads).
Fixation : 4% PFA
