IHC-P analysis of rat skeletal muscle tissue using GTX16634 Cav1.1 antibody. CACNA1S  staining is highly specific for striated muscle cells. Note that smooth muscle cells of arteries are not stained (arrow). Hematoxilin is used as the counterstain.
