Cav2.2抗体 [C3], C-term

Cav2.2 antibody [C3], C-term detects Cav2.2 protein at cell membrane and nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: mouse dorsal root ganglia cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: Cav2.2 stained by Cav2.2 antibody [C3], C-term (GTX102449) diluted at 1:500.
Red: NF-H, an axon marker, stained by NF-H antibody [GT114] (GTX634289) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).

Whole cell extract (30 μg) was separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Cav2.2 antibody [C3], C-term (GTX102449) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
