Chikungunya virus Capsid抗体 [HL6528]

Indirect ELISA analysis was performed by coating the plate with non-transfected and transfected 293T whole cell extracts. Coated protein was probed with Chikungunya virus Capsid antibody [HL6528] (GTX648984) (1 μg/mL). Goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213110-01) (1:10000) was used to detect the bound primary antibody.

Sandwich ELISA detection of non-transfected and transfected 293T whole cell extracts using antibodies as below.

Capture: Chikungunya virus Capsid antibody [HL6528] (GTX648984) (5 μg/mL)
Detection: HRP-conjugated Chikungunya virus Capsid antibody [HL6530] (GTX648986) (1 μg/mL)
Please notice that GTX648986 needs to be conjugated to HRP to function as the detection antibody when paired with GTX648984. Please contact us for custom HRP-conjugated antibody.
