Wild-type (WT) and DAG1 / beta Dystroglycan knockout (KO) 293T cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with DAG1 / beta Dystroglycan antibody [GT9112] (GTX635178) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

DAG1 / beta Dystroglycan antibody [GT9112] detects DAG1 / beta Dystroglycan protein at cell membrane and cytoplasm by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded mouse placenta.

Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min
