DHCR7抗体

MCF-7 whole cell and membrane extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with DHCR7 antibody (GTX130695) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

DHCR7 antibody detects DHCR7 protein at cytoplasm in mouse liver by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded mouse liver.

Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min
