DIAPH1抗体 [C2C3], C-term

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with DIAPH1 antibody [C2C3], C-term (GTX102057) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody. Corresponding RNA expression data for the same cell lines are based on Human Protein Atlas program.

Confocal immunofluorescence analysis (Olympus FV10i) of methanol-fixed HeLa, using DIAPH1(GTX102057) antibody (Green) at 1:500 dilution. Alpha-tubulin filaments were labeled with GTX11304 (Red) at 1:2000.

Antigen Retrieval: Trilogy™ (EDTA based, pH 8.0) buffer, 15min

DIAPH1 antibody [C2C3], C-term detects DIAPH1 protein at cytoplasm on human colon carcinoma by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded colon carcinoma.
DIAPH1 antibody [C2C3], C-term (GTX102057) dilution: 1:250.
