Dengue virus Type 2 NS4B protein抗体

Non-infected (–) and infected (+) C6/36 whole cell extracts (15 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Dengue virus Type 2 NS4B protein antibody (GTX113375) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
