Desmoglein 3抗体

DSG3 antibody detects DSG3 protein by western blot analysis. Whole cell extracts (30 μg) was separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with DSG3 antibody (GTX129931) at a dilution of 1:1000.

Immunoprecipitation of DSG3 protein from A431 whole cell extracts using 5 μg of DSG3 antibody (GTX129931).
Western blot analysis was performed using DSG3 antibody (GTX129931).
EasyBlot anti-Rabbit IgG (GTX221666-01) was used as a secondary reagent.
