Ebola virus VP30抗体 [HL4235]

Ebola virus VP30 antibody [HL4235] detects Ebola virus VP30 protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Mock and transfected 293T cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: Ebola virus VP30 stained by Ebola virus VP30 antibody [HL4235] (GTX643068) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Ebola virus VP30 antibody [HL4234] (GTX643068) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
