FACL4抗体 [GT186]

Whole cell extract (30 μg) was separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with FACL4 antibody [GT186] (GTX633365) diluted at 1:500.

FACL4 antibody [GT186] detects FACL4 protein at mitochondria by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min.
Green: FACL4 stained by FACL4 antibody [GT186] (GTX633365) diluted at 1:100.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
