FOXO1 (phospho Thr24)抗体 [HL2860]

Untreated (–) and treated (+) HeLa whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membranes were blotted with FOXO1 (phospho Thr24) antibody [HL2860] (GTX640131) diluted at 1:1000 and competitor's antibody (Highly cited competitor) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
