FRA1抗体

NIH-3T3 whole cell and nuclear extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membranes were blotted with FRA1 antibody (GTX134242) diluted at 1:2000 and competitor's antibody (sc-605) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
