FSH Receptor抗体 [HL3233]

FSH Receptor antibody [HL3233] (GTX640874) detects FSH Receptor protein by flow cytometry analysis.
Sample: Non-transfected and transfected 293T cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at 4ºC for 15 min and washed with 0.1% saponin buffer. The cells were following stained with FSH Receptor antibody [HL3233] (GTX640874) diluted at 1:50 or a Rabbit monoclonal IgG (GTX35035) isotype control at 4ºC for 1 hour.

Human tissue extract (10 μg) was separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with FSH Receptor antibody [HL3233] (GTX640874) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
