Fascin 1抗体 [HL5768]

Fascin 1 antibody [HL5768] detects Fascin 1 protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min.
Green: Fascin 1 stained by Fascin 1 antibody [HL5768] (GTX646839) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield™ with DAPI (GTX30920).

Various tissue extracts (50 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Fascin 1 antibody [HL5768] (GTX646839) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody. Corresponding RNA expression data are based on NCBI database.
