Red : Neural crest cell.
Fixed tissue was treated with 0.1% Triton X-100 for 4-6 hours at room temperature or overnight at 4ºC, washed in PBS, incubated with primary antibodies for 4-6 hours at room temperature or overnight at 4ºC, washed in PBS, and then stained with secondary antibody (Goat Anti-Rabbit Cy3) for 4-6 hours at room temperature or overnight at 4ºC.
