HBS1L抗体

HBS1L antibody detects HBS1L protein at nucleus and cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 100% MeOH for 5 min.
Green: HBS1L protein stained by HBS1L antibody (GTX115474) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

HBS1L antibody detects HBS1L protein by western blot analysis. Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with HBS1L antibody (GTX115474) diluted by 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
