HIV p24抗体 [HL4058]

HIV p24 antibody [HL4058] detects HIV p24 protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Mock and transfected 293T cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: HIV p24 stained by HIV p24 antibody [HL4058] (GTX642473) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with HIV p24 antibody [HL4058] (GTX642473) diluted at 1:15000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
