HP1 alpha抗体

HP1 alpha antibody detects HP1 alpha protein at nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: SK-N-SH cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: HP1 alpha protein stained by HP1 alpha antibody (GTX113944) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
