HSP27 (phospho Ser82)抗体 [GT357]

Untreated (–) and treated (+) HeLa whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with HSP27 (phospho Ser82) antibody [GT357] (GTX634421) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

HSP27 (phospho Ser82) antibody [GT357] detects HSP27 (phospho Ser82) protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: HSP27 (phospho Ser82) stained by HSP27 (phospho Ser82) antibody [GT357] (GTX634421) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
