Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human normal gastric, using Haptoglobin(GTX103894) antibody at 1:100 dilution.
Antigen Retrieval: Trilogy™ (EDTA based, pH 8.0) buffer, 15min

Human plasma (30 μg) was separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Haptoglobin antibody (GTX103894) diluted at 1:30000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
