The GTX60890 reacts to Histone H3 dimethylatedat Lysine 9 (K9me2). No cross reactivity with non-modified Lysine 9 (H3 1-19), monomethylated Lysine 9 (K9me1), trimethylated Lysine 9 (K9me3), or other methylations in Histone H3.
