IGF2BP2抗体

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with IGF2BP2 antibody (GTX134817) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

IGF2BP2 antibody detects IGF2BP2 protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HepG2 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: IGF2BP2 stained by IGF2BP2 antibody (GTX134817) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).
