IRF3抗体 [3F10]

Immunofluorescence of human HeLa cells stained with IRF-3 (1:500) with Texas-Red and Hoechst 33342 (Blue) for nucleus staining.

Cell lysates of HeLa(40ug) were resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to NC membrane and probed with anti-human IRF-3 (1:1,000). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.
