THP-1 whole cell and nuclear extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membranes were blotted with IRF8 antibody [C3], C-term (GTX130674) diluted at 1:1000 and competitor's antibody (sc-6058) diluted at 1:100. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
