A. Saliva samples were spiked with two levels of Influenza A virus nucleoprotein, and recovery was assessed by comparing the results to those from spiked assay diluent samples.
B. To determine linearity, saliva samples were spiked with high level Influenza A virus nucleoprotein and diluted with Assay Diluent in 1:2 and 1:4. The value was assessed by comparing it to undiluted samples.

摘要

The Influenza A Virus Nucleoprotein ELISA Kit is a sandwich ELISA assay designed for the quantitative measurement of influenza A virus nucleoprotein (NP) in saliva samples. A capture mouse monoclonal antibody against influenza A virus NP is immobilized in the plate wells. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells, allowing NP to bind to the capture antibody. After washing away unbound substances, an HRP-conjugated rabbit monoclonal antibody is added to detect the captured NP. Following another series of washes, TMB substrate is added for color development. The Stop Solution is then applied, which changes the color from blue to yellow. The intensity of the color, measured at 450 nm, indicates the amount of bound influenza A virus NP determined by comparison to the standard curve.
