Influenza A virus NS2 / NEP抗体 [HL4505]

Influenza A viral lysates (1 μg) were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Influenza A virus NS2 / NEP antibody [HL4505] (GTX644075) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident femto Western HRP Substrate.

Influenza A virus NS2 / NEP antibody [HL4505] detects Influenza A virus NS2 / NEP protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Mock and transfected 293T cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: Influenza A virus NS2 / NEP stained by Influenza A virus NS2 / NEP antibody [HL4505] (GTX644075) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) unboiled 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Influenza A virus NS2 / NEP antibody [HL4505] (GTX644075) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
