LRRFIP1抗体

LRRFIP1 antibody detects LRRFIP1 protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: A431 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: LRRFIP1 protein stained by LRRFIP1 antibody (GTX131026) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

Whole cell extract (30 μg) was separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with LRRFIP1 antibody (GTX131026) diluted at 1:3000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
