LYRIC antibody [N2C3] detects LYRIC protein at cytosol on human endometrial carcinoma by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded human endometrial carcinoma.
LYRIC antibody [N2C3] (GTX100587) dilution: 1:500.

Antigen Retrieval: Trilogy™ (EDTA based, pH 8.0) buffer, 15min

LYRIC antibody detects LYRIC protein by Western blot analysis. Rat tissue extracts (50 μg) was separated by 7.5 % SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with LYRIC antibody (GTX100587) diluted by 1:1000.

Sample: Paraffin-embedded mouse fore brain.

Sample: A431 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde/PBS for 15 min.
Green: LYRIC protein stained by LYRIC antibody [N2C3] (GTX100587) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
