MYH10抗体

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) MYH10-transfected 293T (30 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with MYH10 antibody (GTX133378) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with MYH10 antibody (GTX133378) diluted at 1:2000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

MYH10 antibody detects MYH10 protein at cytoskeleton by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min.
Green: MYH10 protein stained by MYH10 antibody (GTX133378) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
