Mpox virus B6R 蛋白, His tag

Indirect ELISA analysis performed by coating plate with recombinant HEK293 expressed Mpox virus B6R (ECD) protein, His tag (GTX140327-pro). Coated protein was probed with Mpox virus B6R (ECD) protein antibodies (1 μg/mL) below. Goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213110-01) (1:10000) was used to detect bound primary antibody.

GTX140327-pro Mpox virus B6R protein, His tag was analyzed using SDS-PAGE and stained with coomassie blue and captured by monochrome camera.
