NEK2抗体

Untreated (–) and treated (+) HeLa whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with NEK2 antibody (GTX118735) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Confocal immunofluorescence analysis (Olympus FV10i) of paraformaldehyde-fixed HeLa, using NEK2(GTX118735) antibody (Green) at 1:500 dilution. Alpha-tubulin filaments were labeled with GTX11304 (Red) at 1:2000.

NEK2 antibody detects NEK2 protein at cytoplasm and nucleus on human ovarian carcinoma by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded human ovarian carcinoma.

Antigen Retrieval: Trilogy™ (EDTA based, pH 8.0) buffer, 15min
