NMU抗体

NMU antibody detects NMU protein at Golgi apparatus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: A431 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: NMU protein stained by NMU antibody (GTX131391) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with NMU antibody (GTX131391) diluted at 1:1000.
