NR1D1抗体

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with NR1D1 antibody (GTX113904) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

NR1D1 antibody detects NR1D1 protein at cytoplasm and nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: A431 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: NR1D1 protein stained by NR1D1 antibody (GTX113904) diluted at 1:400.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

NR1D1 antibody detects NR1D1 protein at cytosol and nucleus on mouse kidney by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded mouse kidney.
NR1D1 antibody (GTX113904) dilution: 1:500.

Antigen Retrieval: Trilogy™ (EDTA based, pH 8.0) buffer, 15min

NR1D1 antibody detects NR1D1 protein at nucleus on U87 xenograft by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded U87 xenograft.
NR1D1 antibody (GTX113904) dilution: 1:500.
