PBXIP1抗体

PBXIP1 antibody detects PBXIP1 protein at cytoplasm and nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: A431 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde/PBS for 15 min.
Green: PBXIP1 protein stained by PBXIP1 antibody (GTX116669) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with PBXIP1 antibody (GTX116669) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
