Wild-type (WT) and PRDX1 knockout (KO) U2OS cell extracts (10 μg) were separated by gradient gel% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with PRX I antibody [N1C3] (GTX113793) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
