PSAT1抗体 [N3C3]

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with PSAT1 antibody [N3C3] (GTX115909) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

PSAT1 antibody [N3C3] detects PSAT1 protein at cytoplasm on mouse liver by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded mouse liver.
PSAT1 antibody [N3C3] (GTX115909) diluted at 1:500.

Antigen Retrieval: Trilogy™ (EDTA based, pH 8.0) buffer, 15min

Immunofluorescence analysis of methanol-fixed A549, using PSAT1(GTX115909) antibody at 1:500 dilution.
