PSMA7抗体 [N1C3]

Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded CL1-5 xenograft, using proteasome alpha 7(GTX101745) antibody at 1:100 dilution.
Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with PSMA7 antibody [N1C3] (GTX101745) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
