Powassan virus NS3抗体 [HL3967]

Powassan virus NS3 antibody [HL3967] detects Powassan virus NS3 protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Mock and POWV (MOI:1, 48 hr) infected A549 cells were fixed in 4 % formaldehyde and permeabilized using PBS containing 0.5 % Triton X-100 and 20 mM glycine.
Red: Powassan virus NS3 stained by Powassan virus NS3 antibody [HL3967] (GTX642217) diluted at 1:1000.
Blue: nuclear staining.

Non-infected (–) and infected (+) A549 whole cell extracts were separated by gradient gel, and the membrane was blotted with Powassan virus NS3 antibody [HL3967] (GTX642217) diluted at 1:1000.
