RIP2抗体 [N3C3]

Wild-type (WT) and RIP2 knockout (KO) HeLa cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with RIP2 antibody [N3C3] (GTX105939) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Immunofluorescence analysis of methanol-fixed HeLa, using RIP2(GTX105939) antibody at 1:200 dilution.

Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human gastric cancer, using RIP2(GTX105939) antibody at 1:100 dilution.
