Immunoprecipitation of RecA protein from crude extract of E. coli cells. Antibody 2 μg was adsorbed to proteinA magnetic beads to precipitate RecA protein from supernatant of sonic disrupted E. coli cells. The precipitate was analyzed by western blot.
